HI 84100-54

The HI84100-54 are packets of stabilizer reagent required for determination of sulfur dioxide in wine using the HI84100 Sulfur Dioxide Mini Titrator for Wine Analysis.* The stabilizer packets are used to convert iodate into iodine, which in turn reacts with sulfur dioxide. The HI84100-54 powder is packaged into single use packets that are emptied into the sample prior to performing the titration.
